We want you to love your BANDOVA products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at bandova.store@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email bandova.store@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain opened personal-care items (such as serums, gels, and hair-removal products) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
