Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your BANDOVA products. Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at BANDOVA.store@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return: Email BANDOVA.store@outlook.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain opened personal-care items (serums, gels, hair-removal products) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
